Extra Virgin Olive Oil from cold pressing of the olives. Acidity does not exceed 0.8%, and is considered to have a superior taste. It has an intense fruity aroma of green grass (grass, hay), flavor of fresh fruit (apple, almond and fig), with a slight bitterness and gentle in its burning.
The oil obtained from the Royal variety are of great value and their main organoleptic characteristics is fresh and sweet fruity aroma.
